Who are we?

• With over 30 years experience in the market place, A.G.C Naudon S.A.R.L can offer a range of expertise in all your property transactions : buying and selling, letting, management and shared ownership accountancy.
• Our membership of the the FNAIM adds to our expertise, ensuring a financial back up, essential in the profession, as well as providing necessary legal and fiscal information.
• Our experience with customers coming from abroad, most frequently from the UK, has increased over the last few years and we are now able to offer bilingual support at all stages of the sale process.

Where are we?

• Our main area is of course centred around La Souterraine, but we also have 2 satellite agencies, one in Gouzon and one in Aigurande. Because of our situation near the borders, we also operate in the Haute Vienne and Indre departments, keeping our catchment areas within roughly 35kms radius of the offices.
• Our customers and properties are of course very varied. We have flats, houses, farms, lakes and land as well as businesses (the operation, or the building, or both) on our books.
